Shipping Terms
UK: Shipping is Free within the UK using regular mail for orders over £75. Orders under £75 will be charged 3 pounds (excluding VAT).
Express Delivery may be arranged prior to shipping. The price will be agreed in advance by email. In case of exchange or cancellation the premium charge for express shipping will not be refunded.
Non-UK:
Order total under £75 (excluding VAT): Shipping Charge £8.00
Order Total £75 and over (excluding VAT): Shipping Charge £20.00
We will endeavour to ship your order within 7 days of the order being placed. In the event of any delay you will be notified by email.
Important!
VAT will be charged on all EU orders at the standard UK rate.
We accept MasterCard and Visa cards and PayPal.
We also accept Postal Money Orders. Please contact us for the full cost of your order before sending a money order.
Returning Items for Exchange or Refund
Our policy is to have happy satisfied customers.
If the product is unsuitable, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. At that time we will issue you a RA (Return Authorization) number and inform you of the return address.
Notice of exchange or cancellation must be received within 7 days of receiving the goods. This notice can be sent via letter, email or fax.
We will exchange the item, or issue a refund, provided that it is returned to us in its original condition, unworn, and with all labels intact.
You must return the goods if you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Undergarments: We request that undergarments should be tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it is obvious that this has not been done.
Breast Forms: Please be sure you want to keep your forms before you use any adhesives or apply an attachable form. Breast forms that have been used with adhesives cannot be returned.
The customer will bear the cost of returning any items for refund or exchange.
For exchanged items, we will pay the cost of shipping the replacement.
For cancelled orders, a refund for the full invoice total (including original shipping costs and taxes) will be issued. This excludes premium charges for express shipping when this has been agreed in advance.
It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage, so that we can still complete your return if it gets lost on its way back to us. You should keep this proof until you have received your refund or replacement.
Non-UK customers:
Please mark your package clearly as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid delays at customs. We suggest you use an insured, traceable shipping method and keep your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with the carrier if it gets lost.
If you cannot receive packages at home or at work, you
may give us an alternative "ship to" address
but the address on your credit card is required.
Returning Items for Exchange or Refund
Our policy is to have happy satisfied customers.
If the product is unsuitable, contact us with in 48 hours
of receiving the item, at that time we will issue you
a RA (Return Authorization) number and inform you of the
return address.
Any unused product can be returned.
(Excluding Gaffs, Padded Panties and Nylons for hygienic reasons.

Returning & Exchanging Forms
Be sure you want to keep the forms before you use the tapes
or apply an attachable form.
1. Forms must be clean.
2. Forms boxes & cradles, must be in original condition.
3. All accessories that are included with forms must be
returned unused. Any missing items will be charged to
your account.
4. Product being returned without exchanging for another
product is subject to a 5.50 £ restocking fee and shipping costs.
5. When exchanging a product you will be charged for shipping
the replacement product.
Refunds and Exchanges are ONLY processed after we have
received your forms.
When we receive the product that you are returning you
will receive a full refund minus the original shipping
costs and restocking fees.
